We are seeking to hire a Processing Department Specialist

 

Job responsibilities:

  • Database management (processing acceptance of cargoes and shipments)
  • Receive orders from Customers and orders finalization
  • Calling recipients, coordination on the delivery date
  • Processing incoming mail and customer requests
  • Initial consultation of clients on services provided
  • Escalation of customer requests to related departments
  • Database management, order processing

 

Required Qualifications:

  • No practice required. Work experience in a call center or orders processing would be an asset.
  • Completed secondary or higher education
  • An advanced PC user
  • Competency in the 1C would be an asset
  • Competency in the WMS software is a plus
  • Can read in English and translate using a language translation program
