What we ship in

BIOCARD develops and manufactures its own thermal packaging — we make everything ourselves. SafePack thermal containers with phase-change materials (PCM) have been validated and are registered as a medical device. Even at a constant outside temperature of −20 or +30 °C they hold the set temperature range for up to 96 hours without external power. We specify the temperature range of the shipment in the contract, and we are responsible for the temperature inside our SafePack packaging.

The task that we were faced with was to save one of the patients of the FSBI “National Medical Research Center of Oncology named after N. N. Blokhin”. «AstraZeneca» employees set the mission for BIOCARD: to deliver a life-saving medication in the shortest possible time. The situation was complicated by the difficult conditions of its transportation: only upright position of the medication during delivery in observance with all the approvals and SOPs (standard operating procedures). The specialists of the BIOCARD company performed the delivery with impeccable thoroughness: the shipment and delivery of Lynparza was fulfilled efficiently and quickly. Relying on the well-coordinated efforts of “AstraZeneca” LLC and BIOCARD a human life was saved.

Children were in danger

Patients undergoing treatment in one of the medical centers of St. Petersburg began to suffer adverse drug reactions. The situation was endangering human lives.

An employee of the «BAYER « company called the specialists of BIOCARD in the afternoon on Friday. The task was set: to purchase urgently and deliver alternative medicines for children with cancer on the same day.

It was an extremely difficult task. Within just a few hours, a team consisting of several managers, Quality Department employees, and couriers were able to find, purchase the necessary medicine, and deliver it safely to the medical center.

Young inhabitants of the Far East regions who were caught by the catastrophic flooding in 2013 due to long precipitation needed help.

In the shortest time possible it was necessary to deliver 7 pallets of vaccines for children under 2 from a warehouse in Odintsovo (Moscow region) to a warehouse in the suburbs of Khabarovsk city.

Considering the high risks and responsibility, many logistics companies refused to help. BIOCARD specialists took on this task.

The most difficult delivery in extreme conditions was fulfilled in 22h, taking into account loading and unloading operations. It is an almost unattainable result! The important medical cargo was met upon arrival by the entire regional administration.
