Pavel Konstantinov of BIOCARD speaks at the “AI in HR” forum

On 30 September 2026 the practical forum “AI in HR”, organised by B-FORUMS, took place at Business.Technograd on VDNKh in Moscow. Pavel Konstantinov, BIOCARD’s Director of Personnel and AI Automation in HR, spoke on “AI for HRDs | A strategic view of introducing AI into HR processes”.

Topics of the talk:

where to start introducing AI in HR and how to build a one-year roadmap;
how to calculate the effect of AI and defend the budget before the finance director and the CEO;
people analytics: how AI assistants predict attrition and optimise headcount;
employee data security, ethics and the legal limits of using AI.
