How to save

If the medicine may be transported without outer group cartons, enter individual package dimensions and quantities. This can improve packing and allow a smaller container. The manufacturer and your GDP requirements determine whether this is allowed. Do not remove packaging containing the leaflet without the manufacturer’s approval.

Courier tariff 2026

BL Standard 2026, revision V2.1. Pickup in Moscow and the Moscow Region within the Central Ring Road (CKAD). Prices exclude VAT; add 22% VAT. Transit times are calendar days, excluding the pickup day.

Included in the base rate

A SafePack container for the agreed range, a SAFEPACK S3 BT temperature logger for the delivery, insurance for cargo declared at up to RUB 3 million, and one hour for loading. Pickup before 17:00.

Chargeable weight

Up to 20 kg: a fixed shipment price. Above 20 kg: add each extra kilogram at the rate for the total weight band. Chargeable weight is the larger of actual and volumetric weight: external length × width × height in cm / 4000. Container selection can affect the external volume.

Other routes

Region to Moscow: twice the pickup region’s rate. Between regions: twice the pickup region’s rate plus the destination region’s rate. An address outside tariff cities adds RUB 42 per kilometre to the nearest listed city and back.

Courier surcharges

Urgent, delivery at a specified time or pickup after 17:00: +60%, subject to confirmation.
Night pickup/delivery (19:00–08:00) or weekends: +50%, subject to confirmation.
Dangerous goods: +50%; undeclared dangerous goods: RUB 15,000 penalty.
A piece over 80 kg or with a side over 150 cm: +50%; loading arrangements need confirmation.
Loading beyond the first hour, or pickup waiting beyond the first two hours: RUB 1,068 per started hour.
Dry ice: RUB 360/kg; an additional temperature logger with readout: RUB 2,238.
Return of signed original documents: RUB 2,000, when shipped in SafePack and signed at receipt.
Declared cargo value above RUB 3 million: insurance at 0.2% of the declared value.

Includes temperature range +2…+8 °C or +2…+25 °C with a temperature report for the journey (recorded every 10 minutes) and shipment insurance up to ₽3 million. The driver loads pallets if a pallet truck is available at the address.

Price for each piece

Up to 20 kg: a fixed price. Up to 250 kg: the fixed 20 kg price plus extra kilograms, capped at the 250 kg piece price. Above 250 kg: the piece price plus each extra kilogram. The calculator selects the applicable lower price.

Dimensions and weight

Volumetric weight is external length × width × height in cm / 4000. Pallets must not exceed 120 × 80 × 160 cm. Pieces heavier than 250 kg need confirmation. Kaliningrad has only a published up-to-250-kg piece rate.

Included conditions

+2…+8 °C or +2…+25 °C, temperature records for the journey at 10-minute intervals using a recorder or SAFEPACK S3 BT sensor, and insurance up to RUB 3 million. Agree the dispatch day and delivery timing in the request.

Groupage surcharges and discounts

Night (19:00–08:00), weekends and holidays: +50%, subject to confirmation.
Bring the cargo to our Vyrubovo warehouse: 5% discount on delivery.
Address outside tariff cities: nearest listed city rate plus RUB 42/km to the address and back.
Driver handling of boxes: up to 20 kg included; 21–50 kg RUB 850; 51–100 kg RUB 850 plus RUB 8 per additional kg; 101–250 kg RUB 850 plus RUB 14 per additional kg. The tariff specifies handling conditions of a total consignment below 300 kg, individual pieces no heavier than 20 kg, and unloading within one hour. Confirm the applicable handling scope and price before booking.
The driver handles pallets if a pallet jack is available at the address.
Pickup waiting after the first two hours: RUB 1,000/hour.
Return of original documents handed to the driver at receipt: RUB 2,000.
Cargo declared above RUB 3 million: insurance at 0.2% of the declared value.
