Temperature-controlled medicine delivery
Door-to-door courier delivery in SafePack thermal containers, with temperature logging and the published 2026 calculator.

Temperature-controlled groupage delivery of medicines and biosamples from a single box: overland, on schedule, cheaper than a dedicated truck.
Enter each pallet or box separately. The published 2026 LTL tariff uses the greater of actual and volumetric weight. See the full groupage tariff for rates and terms.
Purchase: the containers are yours to keep. Prices follow the 2025 SafePack list excluding VAT; 22% VAT is added to the total. We will agree how to hand over the goods in your request. Purchase and delivery have separate documents. All thermal container prices
Includes temperature range +2…+8 °C or +2…+25 °C with a temperature report for the journey (recorded every 10 minutes) and shipment insurance up to ₽3 million. The driver loads pallets if a pallet truck is available at the address.
The simplest way to start is under the General Terms. Without negotiating a separate contract: we work under General Terms (official Russian PDF) and this tariff.
Preliminary estimate using the 2026 LTL tariff. Departure and delivery dates are agreed in your request. The final price uses the tariff on the handover date and actual or volumetric weight per package. Contract customers use their agreed tariff. Terms and full tariff
There is no need to wait for a whole truck, or pay for one, just to ship a few boxes. Groupage shipping (also known as consolidated or LTL shipping) means that your cargo travels together with other medical cargo on a regular schedule: overland, at a lower cost and from a single box. This is how temperature-sensitive (thermolabile) pharmaceuticals, vaccines, reagents and biosamples travel across Russia when the volume is small but the cold chain requirements are those of a full-size refrigerated truck.
We consolidate only medical cargo in one truck — your sample will not travel next to random goods. Your cargo goes in a SafePack thermal container at the required temperature, with a SmartSensor temperature logger that records the temperature all the way. Compared with a dedicated truck, groupage is noticeably cheaper and hardly slower.

Groupage shipping makes sense when the cargo is small but the cold chain must not be broken. For urgent shipments there is courier delivery of medicines, door to door.
Regular small deliveries of medicines between warehouses, pharmacies and medical centres, without overpaying for a whole truck.
Biosamples, test samples and reagents delivered to the laboratory on schedule — in a thermal container, with the temperature recorded all the way.
Top-up shipments, additional deliveries and one-off batches of temperature-sensitive medicines when there is not enough volume for a separate trip.
Kits, consumables and biomaterials delivered to study centres — in small batches, but under strict Good Distribution Practice (GDP) rules.
Medicines and vaccines, blood and biosamples, reagents and diagnostics, dietary supplements and veterinary medicines — anything that needs a temperature mode.
There is no minimum batch in pallets: we will collect even a single pack or a single sample. The tariff is calculated on the actual weight and volume.
You send a request with the city, temperature mode and volume. We name the nearest day a truck leaves for your region and the cost — we usually reply within the business day.
Collection is arranged before the trip’s cut-off time. We supply the prepared SafePack container and logger; the sender places the cargo in the inner liner, and the driver closes and seals the container.
The cargo travels together with other medical cargo along an approved route. The logger records temperature, humidity, light and shocks all the way.
We deliver door to door and hand over the closing documents. The temperature report for the whole route is kept in the request card in your personal account (Files tab) once it is attached to the order.

The cold chain for most vaccines, insulins and biologics — in SafePack thermal containers.
Controlled room temperature for tablets, solutions and most finished dosage forms.
Freezing for plasma, a number of reagents and frozen medicines — in SafePack thermal containers with cool packs.
Deep freezing on dry ice for temperature-sensitive biomaterials and certain vaccines.
The temperature mode is written into the contract. The sensor records the temperature along the whole route, so you rely on a record rather than on our word; the temperature report is kept in the request card in your personal account (Files tab) once it is attached to the order. Highly specialised modes (+8…+15 °C, and also a Dewar vessel at −196 °C with liquid nitrogen for biomaterials) are rare and on request.
We make SafePack thermal containers and SmartSensor loggers ourselves, and we have a 30,000 m² Class A warehouse in Vyrubovo, our own fleet and an in-house IT team. On a turnkey basis we take on as much of the logistics chain as possible with our own resources — fewer hand-offs, fewer risks.
Our groupage trucks take no goods outside the medical profile. Your sample travels alongside other medical cargo, under a controlled temperature mode.
The SmartSensor logger records temperature, humidity, light and shocks. The data is read through a network of receivers in vehicles and warehouses, so there is no need to open the box to see how the journey went. The light reading shows whether the package was opened.
We run groupage trips to the regions on a schedule — regularly, not “whenever a truck fills up”. As the volume on a route grows, its schedule becomes daily.
The temperature range is fixed in the contract, and we are responsible for the temperature inside our SafePack thermal container. The cargo is insured.
37 years in pharmaceutical logistics, clinical trials since 2007, our own customs broker since 2013. We know the cold chain down to the degree.
A Class A warehouse, SafePack thermal containers, scanner-assisted receiving and a branded fleet — the whole chain in one pair of hands.

We ship across Russia on a regular schedule. Delivery times are approximate and depend on the day the truck leaves for the region and on the distance.
Kaliningrad — RUB 55 000 per piece up to 250 kg; delivery time on request, taking transit into account.
If your city is not in the tariff, we calculate the tariff to the nearest city plus 42 RUB per kilometre to the address and back. We name the exact day the truck leaves when we calculate your request.
“We express our sincere gratitude for the first and fruitful experience of working with you! The professionalism of your specialists, their attention and their understanding of the task ensured an extremely prompt and competent solution to our problem.”

There is no minimum batch in pallets: we ship from a single box, even from a single sample. The tariff is based on the greater of two values: actual weight or volumetric weight (1 m³ counts as 250 kg). Discounts are available for regular shipments and large volumes — we will discuss them when we calculate your request.
The price is calculated for each pallet or box, using the greater of actual and volumetric weight. Up to 20 kg the fixed rate applies. For 20–250 kg, the price is the lower of the fixed 20 kg price plus the per-kg charge and the fixed price per piece. Above 250 kg, the fixed piece price plus the rate for each extra kg applies. The published 2026 caps per piece up to 250 kg from Moscow are RUB 6 708 to Saint Petersburg, RUB 7 325 to Kazan and RUB 28 281 to Novosibirsk, excluding VAT. The calculator shows the amount for your individual pieces.
The time depends on the destination and on the day the truck leaves for the region: from 1 day to Saint Petersburg and central Russia up to 3–7 days to remote Siberian cities. We run on a schedule, so in reply to your request we name the nearest departure day and an approximate delivery date. If it is urgent, we will calculate an individual (dedicated) delivery.
The main modes are +2…+8 °C (cold chain), +15…+25 °C (controlled room temperature), −20 °C (freezing) and deep freezing on dry ice at −70 °C. Different modes travel in the same truck in separate SafePack thermal containers. Highly specialised modes (+8…+15 °C, and also a Dewar vessel at −196 °C with liquid nitrogen for biomaterials) are rare and arranged on request.
A SmartSensor logger is placed in the package. It records temperature, humidity, light (the light reading shows whether the package was opened) and shocks along the whole route. The sensor works over Bluetooth; its data is read through a network of receivers in vehicles and warehouses, without opening the box. The temperature report is kept in the request card in your personal account (Files tab) once it is attached to the order.
A dedicated truck carries only your cargo: it can be dispatched sooner, but it costs more and you need enough volume to justify it. Groupage combines several medical consignments in one scheduled trip: it is noticeably cheaper, available from a single box and almost as fast in transit. If the cargo is large or a non-standard route is needed, we will offer a dedicated truck.
Tell us the city, the temperature mode and the volume — we will name the nearest day a truck leaves and the cost. We reply during business hours (Mon–Fri, 09:00–18:00 Moscow time), usually within the business day. Delivering health!
Send the origin and destination, cargo description, required temperature, piece count, actual weight and outer dimensions. You can ask a question or get an estimate before formal onboarding. The domestic delivery calculator uses the published Russian tariff; international routes, storage and special handling are quoted for the actual task.
Under the public transport offer, acceptance is signed through electronic document exchange before the first transport order. A registration link is then sent to the email in the acceptance, and orders are placed in the client account. If you have no electronic signature or need different contract terms, the manager agrees the contract route. Storage is arranged separately. How to start working with BIOCARD →
Equipment is selected for the cargo, route and conditions. The stated holding time of up to 96 hours applies to selected tested SafePack configurations; it is not a guarantee for every model, load or dry-ice shipment. The manager can provide the test report for the relevant model and range by email. Temperature reports in the client account are available once attached to the order.
