Who can order BIOCARD services

Organisations and sole traders

Organisations and sole traders can request temperature-controlled transport of medicines, vaccines and biological materials, customs clearance, responsible storage and SafePack equipment. The scope and conditions are confirmed for each service.

You can join the General Terms of Service (the public offer) or agree a contract through your manager. The public-offer route requires electronic document exchange and a qualified electronic signature. If you do not have them, or need individual conditions, the manager coordinates a contract.

Responsible storage is arranged separately and is not covered by the public offer. Read the steps for starting work.

What to prepare

• Russian INN: 10 digits for an organisation or 12 for a sole trader.
• Company and bank details.
• The authorised signatory and any power of attorney details.
• An email address for acceptance and the account invitation.
• Route, cargo description, weight, dimensions, required range and planned shipment date.

You can obtain a quotation before signing. Under the public offer, the delivery order is placed only in the client account after acceptance has been signed.

An individual as the recipient

An organisation may name a private individual as the recipient. The cargo is released to the person in the waybill against an identity document, under clause 6.7.1 of the General Terms. The customer remains the organisation or sole trader named in the order.

For private individuals

We do not currently provide the service to private individuals. We are actively preparing the necessary infrastructure, but at present we have to decline such requests. We hope to be able to return to this in the future.
