Biosample and laboratory material storage

Storage of eligible biological samples and laboratory materials at the multi-temperature warehouse in Vyrubovo, with agreed receiving, records and release procedures.

Calculate delivery

Laboratory and research materials can need different storage temperatures, traceability and release procedures. Before offering a storage solution, we check the material description, hazard or infectious classification, required conditions, volume and intended storage period. Product suitability must be confirmed; an available temperature zone is not automatic acceptance of every sample.

The multi-temperature Class A warehouse in Vyrubovo supports receiving, location-based records, inventory, picking and dispatch. The required zone and monitoring process are agreed for the actual material. Storage is arranged separately from the public transport offer, and your manager confirms the operational process and documents.

What to agree before dispatch

Confirm the material

Provide its name and purpose, sample type, quantity, packaging, hazard classification and any handling or confidentiality requirements.

Agree the temperature zone

The warehouse has chilled, controlled-room-temperature and frozen zones, including deep freezing. The team confirms the specific range and suitable capacity before receiving.

Receiving and records

Agree advance notification, accompanying documents, labels, batch or sample identifiers and the checks required at receiving. Discrepancies need an agreed quarantine and notification process.

Release and transport

Describe who can authorise release, the receiving laboratory or facility and the transport range. Storage and transport are coordinated but arranged under their applicable terms.

Warehouse controls

Temperature and humidity are monitored in the warehouse, with alerts for deviations. The WMS supports location-based stock records and batch and expiry information where applicable. The manager agrees the identifiers, reports and integration needs for your operation rather than assuming that an ordinary medicine workflow fits every laboratory sample.

Transport to and from the warehouse

For collection and delivery, see biomaterial transport. Chilled, frozen and dry-ice routes use the agreed equipment and holding-time plan. Highly specialised liquid-nitrogen transport is assessed separately through cryogenic logistics.

Price and storage quotation

See the published warehouse base rates for standard operations. A biosample storage quote depends on the material, temperature, packaging, volume, period, receiving and release requirements. Send the task to our team so suitability and the operational plan can be confirmed.

Frequently asked questions

Can you store laboratory samples?

We assess the actual sample type, classification, required temperature and operational requirements before acceptance. Send those details to the manager; available warehouse temperatures do not mean that every material can be accepted.

Is biosample storage included in the transport offer?

No. Storage is arranged separately from transport. Your manager confirms suitability, the operational process, terms and documents.

Can you also deliver the materials to a laboratory?

The team can coordinate storage and suitable temperature-controlled transport. The route, packing, receiving requirements and release authority are confirmed for the shipment.

Get a quote and agree the next step

Send the origin and destination, cargo description, required temperature, piece count, actual weight and outer dimensions. You can ask a question or get an estimate before formal onboarding. The domestic delivery calculator uses the published Russian tariff; international routes, storage and special handling are quoted for the actual task.

Under the public transport offer, acceptance is signed through electronic document exchange before the first transport order. A registration link is then sent to the email in the acceptance, and orders are placed in the client account. If you have no electronic signature or need different contract terms, the manager agrees the contract route. Storage is arranged separately. How to start working with BIOCARD →

Equipment is selected for the cargo, route and conditions. The stated holding time of up to 96 hours applies to selected tested SafePack configurations; it is not a guarantee for every model, load or dry-ice shipment. The manager can provide the test report for the relevant model and range by email. Temperature reports in the client account are available once attached to the order.
