When a shipment moves through import, customs, storage and delivery, the handovers matter as much as the individual transport legs. A comprehensive logistics plan defines the route, responsibilities, conditions and documents before the cargo starts its journey.

BIOCARD coordinates these services with its own SafePack containers, SmartSensor loggers, warehouse, fleet, customs and IT teams wherever possible. The manager agrees the scope of the project, any contractor legs and the documents for each service. Storage is arranged separately from the public transport offer; a container sale and transport also have separate documents.

What to agree before dispatch

Temperature-controlled transport

Courier, groupage, dedicated vehicle and suitable multimodal routes. The cargo’s instructions determine the temperature range and equipment configuration.

Pharmaceutical warehouse

Receiving, temperature zones, stock and batch records, FEFO picking and dispatch at the Class A warehouse in Vyrubovo. Suitability and storage terms are agreed separately.

Customs coordination

Our customs team checks documents and relevant procedures for import or export. Permits, duties and other costs are confirmed for the specific cargo and route.

SafePack equipment

Returnable thermal containers and loggers are supplied as stated in the applicable delivery tariff. Purchased containers remain with the customer and are documented separately.

How the project starts

First, send the full flow: countries and addresses, cargo types, temperature ranges, expected volumes, delivery frequency, warehouse needs and the documentation or reporting required. We propose a coordinated plan and explain where the published tariff applies and where an individual quotation is needed.

From estimate to operation

A consultation and quotation can be obtained before formal onboarding. Transport orders under the public offer are placed in the client account after the acceptance has been signed through electronic document exchange. Visibility and quality records

The client account holds the order history and attached files. A SmartSensor logger records conditions along the transport route; its report is available once attached to the order. Warehouse stock and movements follow the agreed WMS and reporting process. We agree which records the project needs before promising a specific report or integration.

Does a comprehensive solution mean one contract for every service?

It means one coordinating team and an agreed logistics plan. It does not replace the separate terms for storage or separate documents for a thermal-container sale and transport. The manager explains the documents that apply to your project.

How do I compare delivery costs?

Use the published domestic calculator for eligible courier or groupage tasks. International, warehouse and special-handling costs are assessed against the actual volumes, route and service requirements.

Send the origin and destination, cargo description, required temperature, piece count, actual weight and outer dimensions. You can ask a question or get an estimate before formal onboarding. The domestic delivery calculator uses the published Russian tariff; international routes, storage and special handling are quoted for the actual task.

Under the public transport offer, acceptance is signed through electronic document exchange before the first transport order. A registration link is then sent to the email in the acceptance, and orders are placed in the client account. Calculate domestic deliveryContacts

Equipment is selected for the cargo, route and conditions. The stated holding time of up to 96 hours applies to selected tested SafePack configurations; it is not a guarantee for every model, load or dry-ice shipment. The manager can provide the test report for the relevant model and range by email. Temperature reports in the client account are available once attached to the order.
