Dangerous medical goods
Classify the shipment, confirm acceptance and prepare medical dangerous goods for road or air transport.

Transportation of specialised medical cargo and complex, sensitive pharmaceutical shipments: fragile and high-value goods, shipments that must stay strictly upright under the manufacturer's procedure, oversized medical equipment.
Some medical cargo cannot simply be loaded and driven away. A medicine that, under the manufacturer's procedure (standard operating procedure, SOP), has to travel strictly upright. Fragile diagnostic equipment that cannot tolerate vibration. A high-value biological product where a mistake costs a great deal. An oversized medical device that will not fit into an ordinary vehicle body. Or several such requirements at once in a single shipment.
For special medical cargo like this we build the transport around the specific task. We study the manufacturer's requirements and your procedures, select the fittings and the temperature mode, record the conditions in the contract and keep the cargo under our control from door to door. We do as much as possible in-house: our own SafePack thermal containers, SmartSensor loggers, fleet and Class A warehouse. One contract, one contact, one person accountable for the result.
Delivering health!

If your cargo has special requirements for position, handling or conditions, that is our job. We look at every task separately.
Medicines that, under the manufacturer's procedure, travel only upright or in a fixed position. We secure them firmly, and a SmartSensor logger records shocks and jolts along the whole route.
Glass containers, ampoules, diagnostic test kits, reagents, sensitive electronics. Cushioned packaging, shock and vibration control, careful handling at every transshipment.
Biological products, rare medicines, high-value equipment. Tighter control, a light reading to show whether the package was opened, insurance included in the service, and responsibility for the conditions written into the contract.
Devices, analysers, laboratory and production units that do not fit into a standard vehicle body. We select the transport and rigging and plan the route around the dimensions and loading work.
When several conditions come together in one shipment — for example fragile, strictly upright, temperature-controlled and urgent. We build a solution that covers them all rather than favouring one at the expense of another.
A shipment with no standard tariff and no ready-made template. These are the ones we like best: we calculate the cost individually, propose a plan and accompany the shipment.
Special cargo leaves no room for improvisation. We work step by step, from analysing requirements to hand-over with the route data.
We study the cargo, the manufacturer's procedure and your rules: position, temperature mode, permissible shocks and vibration, dimensions, deadlines, documents. We establish what is critical and where there is leeway.
We select packaging and fittings: a SafePack thermal container of the right volume and temperature mode, fastening for a fixed position, cushioning for fragile items, rigging for oversized loads. We choose the transport and the route.
We write the conditions and requirements into the contract, which also sets each party's responsibility. We agree the checkpoints and the reporting format before departure.
A SmartSensor logger records temperature, humidity, shocks and light (the light reading shows whether the package was opened). The data is read without opening the box, through a network of receivers in our vehicles and warehouses. We accompany the cargo from door to door and respond to deviations.
We hand the cargo over to the recipient with the full set of documents. The sensor record — a graph of temperature and conditions from point A to point B — is a ready-made audit trail. The PDF temperature report is kept in the request card in your personal account (Files tab) once it is attached to the order.
We do not try to squeeze a complex shipment into a standard tariff. For each special cargo we build a separate plan: packaging, fastening, conditions, route and checks for the specific task.
37 years in pharmaceutical logistics: experience since 1989, clinical trials since 2007, our own customs broker since 2013. We have shipped strictly upright medicines, fragile reagents, valuable biomaterials and non-standard cargo. Complex cargo is routine for us.
Our own SafePack thermal containers, SmartSensor loggers and platform, our own fleet and a 30,000 m² Class A warehouse. On a turnkey basis we coordinate the chain with our own equipment and operations wherever possible, and we work to keep every degree and every kilometre under control.
We set out the transport conditions in the contract and insure shipments — this is how responsibility works. One responsible manager looks after the cargo: a single point of contact instead of a dozen contractors.
A Class A warehouse, SafePack thermal containers, scanner-assisted receiving and a branded fleet — the whole chain in one pair of hands.

Successful use of Safepack thermal containers… the best solution today in terms of transport reliability and optimisation of warehouse processes.

Specialised medical cargo is any shipment with special requirements for handling, position or conditions that cannot be moved in the standard way. For example: medicines that, under the manufacturer's procedure, must travel strictly upright; fragile ampoules, reagents and test kits; high-value biological products and equipment; oversized medical devices; and cargo that combines several requirements at once. If in doubt, describe the task and we will tell you how best to organise it.
We start from the manufacturer's requirements and your procedures. For a fixed position we select fastening and fittings, and a SmartSensor logger records shocks and jolts along the whole route. For fragile goods we add cushioning and vibration control; for temperature-controlled cargo, a SafePack thermal container for the required mode. All conditions are written into the contract.
Yes. For devices, analysers and units that do not fit into a standard vehicle body, we select the transport and rigging and plan the route allowing for dimensions and for loading and unloading work. Where necessary, we combine large dimensions with a temperature mode and other requirements in a single shipment.
A SmartSensor logger travels with the shipment and records temperature, humidity, shocks and light (the light reading shows whether the package was opened). The data is read without opening the box, through a network of receivers in our vehicles and warehouses or with a phone app. The sensor record for the whole route is an audit-ready trail from departure to the recipient. The PDF temperature report is kept in the request card in your personal account (Files tab) once it is attached to the order.
Yes. We have had our own customs broker since 2013 and ship on the China → Russia route and to the UAE and the Gulf countries. For special medical cargo this means a single point of contact: packaging, conditions, customs and support are arranged by us, and we work to avoid handing responsibility from one contractor to another.
Describe the task — fragile, high-value, strictly upright by procedure, oversized, or all at once. We will build the transport around your requirements and calculate the cost.
Send the origin and destination, cargo description, required temperature, piece count, actual weight and outer dimensions. You can ask a question or get an estimate before formal onboarding. The domestic delivery calculator uses the published Russian tariff; international routes, storage and special handling are quoted for the actual task.
Under the public transport offer, acceptance is signed through electronic document exchange before the first transport order. A registration link is then sent to the email in the acceptance, and orders are placed in the client account. If you have no electronic signature or need different contract terms, the manager agrees the contract route. Storage is arranged separately. How to start working with BIOCARD →
Equipment is selected for the cargo, route and conditions. The stated holding time of up to 96 hours applies to selected tested SafePack configurations; it is not a guarantee for every model, load or dry-ice shipment. The manager can provide the test report for the relevant model and range by email. Temperature reports in the client account are available once attached to the order.
