Groupage (LTL) delivery
Scheduled transport from a box or pallet, with a calculator based on the actual and volumetric weight of each piece.
Equipment, consumables, packaging and promotional materials that do not require a specified cold-chain range — handled by the same logistics team as your medical cargo.
BIOCARD specialises in temperature-controlled pharmaceutical transport, but healthcare businesses also move ordinary equipment, consumables, packaging and promotional materials. We can coordinate those consignments alongside the medical part of your operation, reducing the number of separate logistics contacts.
General cargo means that the consignment does not require a controlled cold-chain range. It still needs suitable outer packaging, safe handling, securing and transport documents. Tell the team about fragile, valuable, oversized or hazardous items; those requirements are checked separately before the shipment is accepted.

Supply dimensions, weight, centre-of-gravity or orientation requirements and loading details. Heavy or oversized equipment needs an individual vehicle and loading plan.
Boxes, packaging materials, laboratory consumables and related non-temperature-sensitive goods. Confirm piece count, weight and storage or handling restrictions.
Provide addresses, access details and receiving windows. We assess courier, scheduled groupage or a dedicated vehicle for the actual task.
Customs checks and transport documents depend on the cargo and route. Send the goods description and purpose of shipment before the quotation is confirmed.
The same team can coordinate ordinary and temperature-sensitive deliveries. This does not mean that every type of cargo travels together: compatibility, temperature and handling requirements determine how the consignments are separated and carried.
Use groupage transport for suitable scheduled box and pallet consignments, equipment transport for medical devices, and specialised cargo for non-standard handling. International routes are assessed by the international logistics team.
Send the cargo description, route, number of pieces, outer dimensions and actual weight. The team checks which tariff or individual quotation applies. The delivery calculator provides a published tariff estimate for eligible domestic shipments; it does not confirm acceptance of every general-cargo type.
Yes. General-cargo transport is available for suitable equipment, consumables, packaging and other consignments. The team confirms eligibility, handling and the route for the actual goods.
Yes. One team can coordinate both tasks. Cargo compatibility and handling conditions are checked separately, so this is not a promise that all products travel in the same vehicle or container.
The origin and destination, cargo description, piece count, dimensions, actual weight, loading arrangements and any fragile, hazardous or orientation requirements.
Send the origin and destination, cargo description, required temperature, piece count, actual weight and outer dimensions. You can ask a question or get an estimate before formal onboarding. The domestic delivery calculator uses the published Russian tariff; international routes, storage and special handling are quoted for the actual task.
Under the public transport offer, acceptance is signed through electronic document exchange before the first transport order. A registration link is then sent to the email in the acceptance, and orders are placed in the client account. If you have no electronic signature or need different contract terms, the manager agrees the contract route. Storage is arranged separately. How to start working with BIOCARD →
Equipment is selected for the cargo, route and conditions. The stated holding time of up to 96 hours applies to selected tested SafePack configurations; it is not a guarantee for every model, load or dry-ice shipment. The manager can provide the test report for the relevant model and range by email. Temperature reports in the client account are available once attached to the order.
